Hualien Day 1 - The Red Hot Day!

Good Morning Hualien Taiwan! So in my last post, i said that there is a window tinted mirror thing right. When you slide the door, It will look something like this! A balcony, where the view is excellent and soothing and calm. There are also two chairs for you to sit down and enjoy the view. The time we reached Hualien is late night, so we didn't know how it look like exactly. So this morning, we are enjoying the view relaxingly and getting ready for our trip. This is a start to our taiwan trip!!! Excited! By the way, the mirror i talk about you can't look thru it but you still can see mirror from outside. Good Weather too! =)

This is the lovely breakfast that is prepared by Ah jie Min su. Very nice to eat. It is similar to Xiao Long bao cause it got juice within them and very meaty but larger in size and more bread. I think it is called jian pao zi. They also have sauce to dip in before you put in your mouth. I think i swallowed about 6 of them and regretted after that, cause we are going to hills and almost puke due to fullness from the pao we ate. haha. It was delicious but it is a bit soggy on the bottom, i think its because it was bought early by ah jie. The drink we had is Milk tea. Very nice too, because it was prepared by ah jie themself, unlike the one i drank from packaging, which is very tea no milk. After eating our delicious breakfast, we set off with our taxi that waited for us outside ah jie's house. Let's now go and explore hualien's rocks, and mountain!

First stop is the bridge which is at the taroko entrance! It is nice to see mountains and greenery around you once in a while. Although you do see them in Malaysia, but it is not as many as Hualien i suppose. The road there is very deep into the Mountain. I think used to be a place for those yuan zhu min people to stay, but for tourism, they have to let go of their place to allow tourists to have a look, but they still take charge of this place. The taxi driver also told us that those people who lives in the mountain mostly uses water to generate power for them. So cool!
When we are in the bridge we saw train passing by us. Thanks to kahhou's camera, we can see so clearly of the train, if for my own camera, it will be small, like a toy train as it is quite far from the bridge. i think this is the train is the same as the train we took in the night before. So before we leave this place, we took a group picture below! Thanks to Our taxi driver as the photographer. He was doing a good job, he was trying to put all the mountain and the bridge into the picture. By the way, didn't you notice that we are all wearing red? Its because our queen! haha its her decision to pick red!

Next Stop, Qing shui cliff. this is the place where everyone clears their mind with, the beach! Hearing the sound of the waves and the beautiful view really relaxes ur mind. However, it was hot and it is not sand there but rocks, so half the enjoyment, but we still enjoy it there. Taking pictures and searching for the rocks that have small little gold on them. It is not easy to find the gold lor, as it was very very small. The taxi driver, was very keen of finding the rocks with gold. As for us, we are taking pictures like no body business.
PICTURE! is the Word of the day! Just say the magic word, all camera will face you and will shoot you beautifully. So fun, However it lasts only in the cliff. After that we don't really use the word again. LOL. So here we are taking pictures along the trails. At first i thought was quite short, but it was long, especially when you come back up. Plus i ate the bao so much that i felt suffocated a bit when climbing my way up. regretted that i ate too much, but it will be pity, if i didn't eat it cause i don't get to eat those kind in Malaysia, sad =(

This is on our back when we saw this creature!
